  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product quality issue or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

4. Exchange Policy

If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. All logistics costs of the exchange will be borne by us. No restocking fee.
